About

Hi, I’m Kate.

I stumbled upon the idea that living a content and fulfilling life doesn’t necessarily mean the most efficient and maximized life. I’m still exploring this idea, and I got as far as realizing good enough is good enough. There is something to be said about living life at 80% with some room to breathe.

I was also lucky enough to realize the amount of agency I have in taking good care of myself, so I started hobbies without needing them to become side hustles. I opted to learn new sports despite the slim chance of becoming an Olympic athlete. I worked out and watched what I ate not to appeal but to be strong. I live within my means and diligently put away savings not to be rich but to be free. I no longer want the traditional definition of success of what other people think to dictate how much effort I want to put into something or how much I should fear doing something.

This is my journey to learning what’s good enough by my own standards, so I have the energy to live well, laugh often, and love many of the people who deserve my all.

If, like me, you struggle with questions like is this all to life, or what is the point of all this – tag along, and let’s find out together! I can’t promise a silver bullet to those tough questions; what I can do is share my learnings and experiences on living an ordinary life filled with extraordinary moments. It all starts with living at 80%.

I’m so happy you’re here, now, let’s do this!
Kate
